Personality:
Ember is actually a pretty down to earth girl.  She is low maintenance and has a calm demeanor.  One big thing about her is that although she is beautiful, she was raised in a world where she was just a normal girl.  She has been told she is beautiful but doesn't believe it. Due to the way she was raised, Ember is submissive to the males in her life.  For example, her father and brother and also boys that she us in a relationship with.  Up to a point.  If you push her too far, she will voice her opinion and loudly.  She's not exactly shy.  The only time she does get a bit shy is when she is around a boy she finds attractive.  She is actually one of the first people to volunteer for sports and events. Ember does not favor Muggles or Witches differently.  She has lived among both.  Has seen the good and bad in both.  She does not support Voldemort.  Does not support the suffering of innocent people. Ember is a strong worker who is dedicated to doing the best job possible.  She especially enjoys working with soil and plants.

Likes\Dislikes:
Likes- Traveling, Trains, Old Romance (Soft kisses to the cheek/back of hand, Holding doors, Holding hands, Whispered nothings in the ear, Mysterious flowers left for her to find), Cuddling, Muggle movies.

Dislikes- Snow, People who are too nice, Boating, People who give no effort, Tact (She does not lie to save feelings)

History:
Born in the middle of winter and on a farm, Ember's birth was not the easiest.  But then her life was not easy. Ember was favored by her mother but not by her father.  Her father wanted sons not daughters.  Children who would grow big and strong like him and be able to work on the farm.  Ember was determined from a young age however to prove that she was just as good as Jacob.  While she was too small to work the farm machinery, at six she was handling the farm animals and helping her mother with the House work.  She learned early as well that her mother was different.  That her mother could do things other people couldn't.  That she could make things move on tier own.  Also that even though her father was very much the man of the house, when Amethyst got angry... really angry, her father backed down in a hurry.  Ember was always taught to control her temper as well.

At the age of seven, late for a witch, Ember showed her first sign of magic.  In the mother of all temper tantrums when her brother was allowed to stay up to watch a foal being born and Ember was not, Ember let out a scratch that could have woken those in the neighboring town and then with magic exploding from her very core, almost put than nine year old Jacob through the front door.  Eli punished Ember greatly even though he knew his wife would ,with some part of her being, be ecstatic.  Jacob had shown his own magic ability at the age of five.

Home schooled, both Jacob and Ember received their school letters in time to start their first year at Ilvermorny School of Witchcraft and Wizardry.  Against Eli's wishes but permitted to attend, both were sorted into the Wampus house.  Ember did well.  As a hard worker her grades were always good.  She made friends and had a few none serious relationships.  In the summer between her fourth and fifth year however, her life was uprooted.  Voldemort was well known in America.  With Amethyst working for the Ministry, they were well aware of the pressing problems. Amethyst  was transferred to London, England. Of course the family came with.  Everyone's life was effected but Ember and Jacob were enrolled in Hogwarts.  They arrived late due to complications with visa's and the selling of the farm and were sorted into Slytherin privetly in Dumbledore's office.

Time to plant some new roots in the middle of strangers.
